Terms of Service
Effective October 21, 2026 · Version 2026-10-21
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Donghun Jang, an individual based in South Korea who operates Senuly ("Senuly", "we", "us"). They cover your use of senuly.com, app.senuly.com and everything we run there (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You can reach us at [email protected].
1. What Senuly is
Senuly is a team of AI agents that works on the growth of your software product. You connect a product (a GitHub repository or a landing page). The agents research your market, propose growth experiments, and, once you approve them, draft posts, design carousels, make short videos and open pull requests against your repository.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 14 years old.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
- If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company, and "you" includes it.
- You can't use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
3. Your account
You sign in with GitHub or Google. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. AI output, and what you are responsible for
The Service uses AI models to produce drafts, proposals, designs, videos and code changes ("Output"). Output is probabilistic. It can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or similar to what we produce for others. It is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice. Check facts and claims in Output before you rely on it or publish it.
- You decide. By default nothing is published and no code is merged unless you approve it. If you switch on a higher level of automation for a kind of action, you accept responsibility for what Senuly does under that setting, and you can switch it off at any time.
- You are the publisher. Review everything before it goes out under your name. You are responsible for your published content and for following the rules of the platforms you post to and the laws that apply to your marketing, including truthful advertising and endorsement rules. Senuly's review step is not a substitute for your own check.
- Code changes. Pull requests are proposals. Review, test and merge them yourself. We don't guarantee that a change is correct, secure or fit for your purpose.
5. Connected accounts and repositories
When you connect GitHub, a social account or another service, you authorize Senuly to access it as shown on the permission screen, and only to carry out work you request or approve. You confirm that you have the right to grant that access. You can disconnect at any time from Settings or from the other service's own settings. Those services' terms apply to your use of them, and a platform may limit or remove access for reasons outside our control.
6. Your content
- What you give us. Your repositories, product information, messages, uploads and connected-account data are your "Customer Content". You keep your rights in it. You give us a limited license to host, process, copy and display it only as needed to run the Service for you.
- Output. You may use the Output made for you in your business, including publishing it. We don't claim ownership of it. We can't promise that Output is protected by copyright or that it is different from Output made for others; the law on AI-generated material differs by country and is still changing.
- No model training. We don't use your Customer Content or Output to train AI models. The agreement we use with our AI provider doesn't allow it to train its models on content sent through its service.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, or publish content that is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence;
- publish fake reviews or invented results, impersonate a person or organization, or mislead people about who is speaking;
- send spam, or post in ways that break a platform's automation rules;
- probe or disrupt the Service, bypass its limits, access another user's data, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product;
- connect repositories or accounts you have no right to use, or break the usage policies of our AI providers.
We can suspend access to stop a violation or a risk to others.
8. Plans, credits and payments
- Plans. Pricing and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices don't include taxes unless shown otherwise.
- Credits. A subscription includes a set amount of credits for each billing period, and a credit pack includes a set amount. Credits included in a subscription don't roll over to the next period. Credits in a pack don't expire.
- How work is charged. Before you approve a piece of work, we show about how many credits work like it usually uses. When it's done, we charge what it actually used, within 30% of that number and never more than 200 credits above or below it. If it uses more than that, we cover the rest. Work that fails isn't charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. A subscription renews each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We show the renewal terms and ask you to agree to them separately before you pay.
- Cancel online. You can cancel from the Credits page at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Payments. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Whop. We don't see or store your full card details. Whop's terms apply to the payment itself.
- Changes. If we raise a price or change what a plan includes, we tell you in advance and it applies from your next billing period. You can cancel before it does.
- Refunds. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Our property
The Service, its software, designs and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. These Terms don't give you any rights in them beyond using the Service as allowed here.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if your payment fails, or if we must by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes) do.
11. Disclaimers
The Service and all Output are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any promise that Output will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular marketing result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.
13. Indemnity
If you are a business user, you agree to defend and compensate us against third-party claims that come from your Customer Content, the material you publish using the Service, or your breach of these Terms. We'll tell you about the claim promptly and cooperate at your cost.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you have a problem, please email [email protected] first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live, including any right to bring a claim in a court there.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms; if you don't agree, you can stop using the Service and cancel. Each version has a date and a version number at the top.
16. General
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stays. We can transfer these Terms in a merger, sale or reorganization.
