Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription in the app on the Credits page, in the Plans section, with no call or email needed. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for.

Subscriptions

• First payment. If you subscribe for the first time and aren't satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of the payment and we'll refund it in full.
• Renewals. We don't refund a renewal after the period has begun, but you can cancel before the next one. If you were charged for a renewal after you cancelled, or because of a mistake on our side, we'll refund it.
• Included credits don't roll over to the next period and can't be refunded or exchanged for money.

Credit packs

A credit pack that hasn't been used at all can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once any credit from the pack is used, it can't be refunded. Credits in a pack don't expire.

When something goes wrong

If you were charged twice or for something you didn't buy, or the Service failed because of a fault on our side, write to us. Depending on the case, we'll refund the payment or fix the problem.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account's email address and tell us which payment it is about. We answer as soon as we can. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take several days to show them.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the law where you live.
