Data Deletion
Effective October 21, 2026 · Version 2026-10-21
You can delete your Senuly account and your data at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what we keep.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in at app.senuly.com.
- Open Settings and scroll to Delete account.
- Choose Delete my account, type the word delete to confirm, and press Delete everything.
We cancel your subscription, delete the access tokens of your connected accounts, and start removing your data right away.
Or ask us by email
If you can't sign in, or you only want some data removed, email [email protected] from the address on your account and say what you want deleted. We confirm your identity, then act promptly and within the time the law requires.
What is deleted
- your profile and sign-in link to GitHub or Google
- the products you connected, and the summaries and notes we built from your repositories and landing pages
- your team channel messages, proposals, uploads, carousels, videos and other Output
- the access tokens of the social accounts you connected, and the performance numbers we stored
- your credit balance
Copies in our backups are removed as the backups expire.
What we may keep
Records the law requires or that we need for a legitimate reason: payment and tax records (our payment processor, Whop, also keeps its own), the record that you accepted our terms, and security and fraud logs. We keep them only as long as that reason applies.
Remove Senuly's access on other services
Deleting your account disconnects Senuly from the services you linked, and you can also remove it yourself at any time:
- GitHub: Settings, Applications, uninstall the Senuly GitHub App.
- Google: your Google Account, Security, Third-party apps, remove Senuly.
- X and LinkedIn: the connected apps or permitted services settings of your account, remove Senuly.
Posts already published on those platforms stay where they are. Delete them there if you want them gone.
